คำอธิบายรายวิชา

          ใช้ภาษาเพื่อการสื่อสารโดยการแปลและบูรณาการทักษะภาษาสัมพันธ์(ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน) สามารถถ่ายทอดความหมายของภาษาหนึ่งสู่อีกภาษาหนึ่งโดยคงความหมายและอารมณ์ของภาษาเดิม และมีใจความครบถ้วน สมบูรณ์ตรงตามต้นฉบับทุกประการ อธิบายส่วนประกอบของประโยค คำ วลี สำนวน ไวยากรณ์หรือโครงสร้างของคำประโยคทั้งที่ซับซ้อนและไม่ซับซ้อนได้ เพื่อประกอบ               เป็นความหมายและใช้ในการสื่อสารระหว่างกันได้ รวมทั้งเข้าใจวัฒนธรรม ธรรมเนียมประเพณีเพื่อช่วย    ในการสื่อความและสื่อสาร

ผลการเรียนรู้

          1.  มีความรู้ความเข้าใจแนวทางและสำนวนการแปลในระดับพื้นฐาน

          2.  สามารถสังเกต จำแนกถ้อยคำสำนวน ความไพเราะเหมาะสม การผูกประโยค การเลือกใช้คำความคิดและการแสดงออกทางวัฒนธรรมจากงานแปลของนักแปลอาชีพ

          3.  สามารถใช้พจนานุกรมที่เหมาะสมกับเนื้อหา ระดับชั้น ค้นหาคำศัพท์ และสำนวนเพื่อถ่ายทอดงานแปลได้อย่างถูกต้อง

          4.  สามารถทำความเข้าใจและตีความบทอ่านต่างๆ ได้

          5. สามารถถ่ายทอดความหมายสารต้นฉบับจากภาษาหนึ่งไปสู่อีกภาษาหนึ่งโดยสำนวนภาษาที่ถูกต้องเหมาะสมตรงกับวัฒนธรรมประเพณีของบุคคล ชุมชน เชื้อชาติ ประเทศที่กล่าวถึงในสารต้นฉบับนั้น

          6.  สามารถแสดงความซาบซึ้งและตระหนักในความถูกต้องแนบเนียนราบรื่น สละสลวยของการถอดเนื้อหาจากภาษาหนึ่งไปสู่อีกภาษาหนึ่ง

          7. สามารถใช้การแปลเผยแพร่ภูมิปัญญาไทย  เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และวิถีไทยสู่สากลได้
